At Island Watch Premier Services, our mission is to provide reliable and affordable home services to our community. We believe everyone deserves a comfortable and safe home. We are committed to making that a reality for our clients.
Our Team
Our team is made up of Owners, Mike and Louis, who are skilled professionals and passionate about what they do. They bring over 40 years of Customer Satisfaction and Law Enforcement from their backgrounds to provide their clients with the highest level of service. We work with only the best and most trustworthy professionals when coordinating services for your property.
What We Do
Our services are customized to each client's specific needs. We will come out and discuss your needs and customize a checklist specifically for your property. When we service your property, we will email you a summary of your property status with any concerns noted and photographs attached. If you own a vacation home here and cannot be on site regularly, we will monitor your property for you. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly service agreements and are flexible to meet your needs. We also offer a “Local’s” package to monitor your property if you are lucky enough to live in paradise and will be gone for an extended time.
